Request deletion of your Festive AR account and associated information without reinstalling the app.
Request account deletion
- Email mail@jasonpurton.com.au with the subject “Festive AR account deletion”.
- Where possible, send from the email associated with your Festive AR sign-in. Include your profile name and sign-in provider. If you cannot access that address, explain this so we can arrange another verification method.
- State whether you want your entire account deleted or only particular house submissions or activity removed.
This opens your email app. Nothing is submitted until you send the email. No password or identity document is needed in the initial request.
What happens next?
We verify ownership before acting. Our target is to complete verified requests within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will explain why and provide an update.
For a full account deletion, we remove your Festive AR authentication account, profile, submitted house images and location records, and associated account activity such as likes, viewed-house history, and votes. We also remove the account’s access to Festive AR.
What may remain?
Information legally required to be kept, such as applicable transaction or dispute records, may be retained for the period required for that purpose. If an exception applies to your request, we will explain the affected information, reason, and retention period. Copies in service-provider backups may persist under the provider’s backup lifecycle; we do not promise immediate erasure from all backups.
Copies already saved or shared by other people may remain outside our control. Deleting Festive AR does not delete your Apple, Google, Microsoft, or Facebook account.
Purchases and subscriptions.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a store subscription or issue a refund. Manage any ongoing subscription in the store where you purchased it. Cancellation is not a condition for requesting account deletion.
Request selected data deletion.
You can also request removal of a house submission or selected personal data without deleting your entire account. Use the same email address and describe what you want removed.
